My wife Rebeca and I have been taking photos together for the past eight years. What started as a way to connect with each other during dates evolved into a way to document the lives of our two children.

Before becoming a freelance photographer my wife earned two bachelors degrees at the University of Costa Rica in Philology and Literature Linguistics Teaching. She also taught at an elementary school orphanage, and at risk youth in middle and high schools.

I met my wife Rebeca after finishing my seventh year in the Marine Corps as a photojournalist. After our marriage I went back to school to earn a bachelor’s degree in Literature in Writing and a master’s degree in documentary photography and film. While studying I also began tutoring and teaching K-12 students.

Now, my wife and I are brining our love of photography together to share all that we’ve learned from our combined experiences.
